Email ast2@qq.com with the subject Quick2048 data request. Identify this Google Play game and explain whether you want access, correction or deletion of information we control. Include a player identifier only where needed to find the relevant record. Do not send your password or full identity documents. We may request limited verification and aim to respond within 15 working days, subject to applicable legal deadlines.

We delete or anonymize data under our control when the request is valid, except records that must be retained for legal or security reasons; we will explain any applicable retention. You do not need to reinstall the game to contact us.

On-device progress and ad privacy

Progress is stored on this device, independently of Google Play Games. To remove it, use Android Settings → Apps → this game → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall. This permanently removes local progress; back up anything you need first. Deleting cloud/platform data alone does not clear local saves.

Where available, use Ad Privacy Choices in the game's Settings to change advertising consent. Android's privacy settings also let you reset or delete the advertising ID. Changing consent is separate from a request to delete already-held information.
